Ambercar offers two booking payment models:
- You can reserve a car, but if you do not pay the bill, we guarantee only the desired car class, but not a specific model.
- You can book a car, pay 100% of the bill and we will guarantee you the specific car model!

How to know that reservation has been made?
- If you have made a reservation online on our website, first of all, after the final reservation is confirmed, "Thank you!" page that will inform you about the reservation made and confirmed.
- Secondly, you will receive an invoice for car rental services in the specified e-mail.
- Third, you will receive an email from car rental Ambercar manager confirming or refusing the booking.
Is it possible to change the class of the booked rental car?
- Yes, it is possible to change the booked rental car class to a lower or a higher one at the Ambercar car rental office.
- Establish beforehand, how the car rental payment tariff has changed.
- Take in consideration that the tariff can change and total costs can increase.
Does Ambercar Car Rental have an office at Riga Airport?
No, there is no Ambercar car rental office at Riga Airport yet.
If necessary, we deliver the car at Riga Airport free of charge.
It is also possible to return the car to the Park Smart airport car park free of charge.
Is it possible to make a reservation on the website?
